Only once in eight years have I had a bug issue between treatments and Dave showed up within a couple hours of my call, treated the issue and the issue was gone.

We have had a fantastic experience with them ever since, with the possible exception of very minor billing issues which have always been cleared up with one call. Sawyer seems to be a good company to work for as their employees stay with them for decades and have an interest in maintaining a good relationship with the clients.

Trae is the most knowledgeable and competent person I've met in any profession--I learned more about bugs from him in 20 minutes than most people learn about their major in four years of college. He came out for a respray (free of charge, which is apparently guaranteed by Sawyer if they don't get the whole infestation the first time!) and was very gracious even though the remaining infestation was pretty obviously not his fault. I would definitely recommend Sawyer in the future!

Dave and all the folks at Sawyer are friendly and helpful. They came out and tackled an ant issue we were having.
